What We Do
The procurement portals department provide platforms on which public sector buyers can advertise their contract opportunities and
interact with their supply base. We provide the national advertising portals for Scotland, Wales and Norway as well as our myTenders
services to buyers UK Wide.
We are constantly developing the product to better enable buyers to create and publish
their opportunities and use the system to conduct their tendering exercises, making use of our additional functions such as the
electronic postbox and ‘Quick Quote’ facility.
Thousands of procurement opportunities are advertised every year and we provide support to more than 150,000 users across all platforms.
As an official eSender to the Official Journal of the European Union Millstream submit more opportunities for publication than any
other provider.
The portals team work closely together to provide the best possible support to our users and to identify areas for development,
ensuring that our product remains the market leader in our industry.
