Electronic tendering specialists Millstream will be showcasing the mytenders Pro system, at The Public Sector Show at London ExCel, stand 352, on Tuesday 23rd June 2015. mytenders manages the compilation and publication of contract notices on both Contracts Finder and the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). It is very easy to use, making it ideal for less experienced procurement staff, while ensuring compliance with the new regulations.
The Millstream team will also be presenting their Training and Consultancy services which support Buyers at all stages of the tender process - helping them obtain the most from the mytenders Pro system, tackling common procurement challenges and identifying and resolving skills gaps.
The new 2015 Public Contracts Regulations require nearly all public contracts to be published online and will significantly increase the number of notices published. mytenders Pro offers a "one-stop shop" for Buyers to publish all their requirements and gives their suppliers one place to access them.
As tender documents now have to be published at the same time as the tender notice, companies can also decide if a contract is suitable without first having to undertake work to get through the pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) stage, ideal for SME’s.
